Sixmonth is a platform dedicated to highlighting the people, research, and innovations advancing artificial intelligence in dentistry. We welcome contributions from dental professionals, students, researchers, and other innovators working at the intersection of AI and oral healthcare.

## Who can contribute?

We welcome submissions from:

-   Dentists and dental specialists
-   Dental students and postgraduate trainees
-   Academic and clinical researchers
-   Developers, engineers, and innovators working on AI applications in dentistry
-   Dental professionals exploring AI in clinical practice, education, research, imaging, diagnostics, or practice management

## What can you submit?

We welcome a broad range of contributions, including:

-   **Research highlights:** published studies, emerging evidence, and notable scientific findings.
-   **Innovative projects:** AI tools, applications, prototypes, and ongoing projects relevant to dentistry.
-   **Clinical applications:** practical experiences and perspectives on integrating AI into dental practice.
-   **Emerging developments:** new technologies, methods, and advances worth bringing to the dental community’s attention.

## Our submission principles

To maintain the quality and credibility of Sixmonth, we ask contributors to follow a few simple principles:

-   **Relevance:** your contribution must relate to artificial intelligence applied in dentistry or oral healthcare.
-   **Accuracy:** present information clearly and responsibly. When discussing research or scientific claims, include relevant references or source links whenever available.
-   **Transparency:** clearly identify whether your contribution concerns published research, ongoing work, a proposed project, or a personal perspective. Disclose relevant commercial interests or affiliations where applicable.
-   **Originality and integrity:** submit your own work or content you are authorized to share, and acknowledge the original sources of research, data, and ideas.
-   **Patient confidentiality:** do not include identifiable patient information or clinical images without the necessary authorization and consent.

## What happens after submission?

Every submission is reviewed by the Sixmonth editorial team for relevance, clarity, and accuracy. We may contact you for clarification or suggest edits before publication. Submission does not guarantee publication, and editorial decisions remain at the discretion of Sixmonth.
