# Sixmonth: AI Patient Care Coordinator for Dental Groups and DSOs > Your next high-value dental treatments are already in your database. Sixmonth predicts which patients are most likely to need and convert to high-value care, and helps you increase the quality of your bookings. ## The problem Your high value patients are invisible to current tools. Recall lists catch patients overdue for hygiene, reactivation tools catch patients with no visit in 18 months, and imaging AI catches findings on the X-ray. Of 896 patients with a high-value treatment plan, 98 trip one of those rules. The other 89% are never looked at. (Based on dental industry benchmarks and DSO retention studies.) ## How it works Sixmonth reviews every patient file three times each night. A front desk officer checks insurance, treatment quoted but never booked, recall status and contact details. A junior dentist checks imaging, history and clinical urgency. A practice manager works out what the treatment is worth and the best time to call. The case is pitched to your clinic, which decides: now, not now, or pass. Files marked not now return at a better time. It ships as a scoring layer on top of the practice management system, reading what is already there. He has practised as a dentist, worked in computer vision and started a company in education, winning more than ten tech competitions along the way. He is a Fellow of the International College of Dentists and one of Station F's youngest founders, and has been through programmes at MIT and HEC. Expertise France lists him as an expert on AI in healthcare. He speaks at conferences internationally, and does the research and the data analysis on the product himself. ### Joe Hachem, Co-Founder & CTO Joe is an AI and machine learning engineer, and finished top of his engineering class. This is his second company; the first was in electric vehicles, in Germany. He was at PwC before that, and has worked inside a dental software company, so he already knows what a practice's data looks like. ## Compliance Sixmonth is HIPAA compliant, and patient data is never used to train models.
